Can I access my data offline?

How Do I Join?

Simply create a VAMSYS account, submit your application, and once approved, you can begin flying immediately.

Do I need previous virtual airline experience?

Not at all. Beginners and experienced virtual pilots are all welcome.

Can I fly whenever I want?

Absolutely. There are no mandatory schedules. Fly when your real-life schedule allows.

Who do I contact for support?

Support is available through Discord.

Can I take a break from flying?

Yes. We understand real-life comes first. If you plan to be inactive for an extended period, simply notify staff.

How do I record my flight?

Flights should be completed using our approved ACARS software connected to VAMSYS.

What happens if my simulator crashes?

Contact staff with any evidence available. Each situation is reviewed individually.

How do I earn promotions?

Pilots earn promotions by completing flights, accumulating flight hours, and meeting rank requirements.

Do I have to follow real-world procedures?

We aim for a balanced experience that combines realistic airline operations with flexibility for casual flight. While encouraged, we prioritize having fun. We recommend following realistic procedures whenever practical.

Why was my PIREP rejected?

There are a few reasons why your PIREP might have been rejected. The following actions will trigger auto-reject on any PIREP:

- Excessive Landing Rate (-600FPM or higher)
- Refuling Mid-Air
- Being Paused for 30 minutes or longer
- Using Time-Accelaration During Your Flight
